A friend of mine who works at the Justice Department emailed me this morning to tell me they offered a Constitution Day online quiz about the Constitution, which is great. Except for the fact that they apparently don't know much about the Constitution.
My friend attached this text, which I've turned into a jpg image. He chose C and was told that answer was incorrect.
So if you wonder where Eric Holder's Justice Department stands on executive power, its position is that this power is exercised on Capitol Hill.
